Blue Metropolis literary festival starts this week:


We get a preview of the Blue Metropolis Literary Festival, starting this week in Montreal, from the programming director Marie-Andrée Lamontagne. She talks about the prestigious literary awards that will be handed out, which include the Grand Prix for Salman Rushdie.

Art, Identity, and the Creative Journey with Carmen Mok.

In this artist talk, Carmen Mok, a Hong Kong native who moved to Canada to study fine art, will share her journey of self-discovery as a Chinese Canadian and how her multicultural upbringing has shaped and enriched her illustration career. From pursuing her passion to building a career in children's book illustration, she will take you behind the scenes of her book-making process, offering insights, practical tips, and personal stories about both the challenges and joys of her work.
