We speak with Louis Rastelli, the archivist behind a virtual museum exhibit that explores a 1960s Montreal hotspot called The New Penelope. Young people in the city got to see some big names there - before they were big - including Joni Mitchell and Jesse Winchester.

We speak with the two women behind the Black Samaritan website: Michaëlle Sergile is the artist and independent curator behind the McCord-Stewart museum's exhibit that celebrates the lives of Black women in Montreal. Nancy Oliver-Mackenzie is a longtime community activist, retired educator, and Union United Church volunteer. The website aims to celebrate the history and contribution of Black communities in Montreal.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Judy moved to Los Angeles when she was 4 years old. In high school she became passionate about photography and considered becoming a professional portrait photographer.  Upon graduation though, she decided to pursue a degree in Speech Communications and would wait almost 20 years to start her own Photography business.
